Showing the history of the Mexican Northeast, as a culture developed in a particular setting of natural contrasts, inspired the creation of MUNE, a museum that puts Monterrey at the forefront in the field of knowledge and dissemination of the region, through academic and cultural events.

Linked to the Museum of Mexican History through a bridge, MUNE projects in its permanent assembly the regional history that comprises the states of Nuevo León, Coahuila, Tamaulipas and Texas, from our days to ancient times. The visit becomes a downward journey through different stages of history through intermediate floors or mezzanines connected by ramps.
