Galería Mexicana de Diseño in CDMX for Wallpaper/Phaidon.

With the aim of creating a company dedicated to promoting and promoting design in our country, on the initiative of Carmen Cordera Lascurain, in 1990 Galería Mexicana de Diseño (GMD) was founded as a forum to put the designer in contact with society and their demands, and thus provide both users and designers with a means to learn about the formal and functional aspects of aesthetics and production of objects that are made in Mexico and the rest of the world. The project links all areas of design: artisan, textile, jewelry, environmental, graphic, industrial and interior, and provides the necessary means to display and sell both national and foreign products.
