Festival Santa Lucía in Monterrey for THOT Publications.
The Santa Lucía International Festival (FISL) was born in 2008 and begins on September 20, the day the Monterrey City Foundation is commemorated. The FISL brings “Las Artes a la Calle”, presenting world-class national and international art shows, exhibitions and dialogues for free and for the whole family, and together, it promotes national and local artists, which makes it unique in Mexico.
