Delirio selects fresh ingredients with special interest in their origin with which it prepares delicious food with flavors that travel between Mexico and the Mediterranean. Cooking with Ensenada olive oil, Cuyutlán sea salt and spices from all over the world, it change its menus seasonally. All the egg and milk they use are organic, as well as coffee from agroecological practices in the Mexican countryside. If there is no table, they promote sharing one.
